Twin Guest Bedroom
The second bedroom has two twin beds which can also be put together and used as a double if required. This bedroom also benefits from a small balcony which basks in the morning sun and provides a great start to your day.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. This room also benefits from access to the front balcony which bathes in the afternoon Spanish sun. Set slightly forward from the rest of the balcony it also provides that little bit of privacy we all need sometimes.
Lounge and Dining
The apartment lounge has a warm and family feel, providing a separate space dedicated for dining and another for relaxing. The lounge also has a smart tv that's ideal for enjoying an evening family movie.
Kitchen
he kitchen has a service counter that opens up into the lounge so the chef can still socialise while cooking. It is equipped with all the appliances, utensils and dishes needed to cook a feast for all. Attached to the Kitchen is the utility area which houses the washing machine so that it can be closed off when some peace and quiet is needed.
Hallway
The hallway is part of the open planned lounge, receiving natural light from every angle this area is naturally bright and a handy space when prepping gear for days out.
Master Ensuite
The master bedroom's ensuite is spacious with a bathtub and a toilet available. The wash hand basin is wide providing more than enough space for guests to get ready for a day or night out.
Terrace
Attached to the living room is a beautiful terrace which receives an abundance of the afternoon making it the perfect place to unwind after a full day in Villamartin. We have also provided a charcoal Barbeque so you can a meal on the terrace together and make the most of those last rays of sun!
Balcony
The balcony is accessible from the master bedroom and lounge. We have provided a traditional ceramic table in case additional seats are needed.
The Property
Located on a quiet road in Villamartin is our beautifully presented Moroccan apartment. Residing within a secure villa which is less than a 10 minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza our apartment is ideally situated to be close to the action without any of the noise.
The apartment itself has two double bedrooms, the first being the master which has access to an en-suite bathroom and the second which has two single beds, but can also be used as a double bed if required. We have provided everything you will need to enjoy your holiday from Sun Loungers to Wi-Fi along with a private and secluded pool which receives the sun throughout the whole day.
There’s an incredible amount of things to do in Villamartin as well as Torrevieja and the surrounding areas. Ranging from shopping to restaurants, waterparks to beaches, we have detailed everything you need to know so that you can have a smooth and memorable holiday.
